Meet the Collective

A Different Kind of Agency Model

Canyon Collective brings together experienced leaders who offer senior-level thinking and creative depth without the layers and complexity of a traditional agency.

It is a collaborative network of women who have spent years building brands, shaping creative work, and guiding strategy.

Each member of the collective brings a specific area of expertise, allowing founders and businesses to access thoughtful, experienced partners when and where they need them.

The goal is simple.

Clear thinking.
Strong creative work.
Real collaboration.

A collective of experienced women building brands with clarity, depth, and real-world expertise.

Nearly ten years ago, when I moved from New York to Los Angeles and eventually to Ojai, a quiet vision began forming in the background of my work.

I wanted to build something different.

Not another traditional agency.
Not another ladder to climb.

But a collective of women whose expertise, lived experience, and creative instincts speak for themselves.

Women who have spent decades inside companies, agencies, and creative industries. Women who have led teams, built brands, launched products, managed talent, and navigated the messy, real work of business.

For years we were told the dream was climbing the corporate ladder.

Many of us eventually realized something else.

The real dream is taking everything you have learned, every layer of experience you have gathered, and using it to do meaningful work for founders and brands you genuinely believe in.

Work where personal growth and business growth are not separated.

Work where you do not have to compartmentalize who you are.

Work where strategy, creativity, intuition, and lived experience can exist in the same room.

Canyon Collective was born from that idea.

Canyon Collective is a network of experienced women leaders who bring decades of expertise in brand strategy, marketing, design, PR, and storytelling.

We combine lived experience, creative depth, and strategic clarity to help founders and brands build work that is both meaningful and enduring.

At its core, the collective is built on a simple belief: when experienced women bring their knowledge, perspective, and creativity to the same table, the work becomes stronger, more thoughtful, and more human.
